Washington State University Health Sciences is partnering with Tiny Trees to study the impact of an outdoor preschool model on children’s health outcomes.

More than 300 children in the Seattle area enrolled in the Tiny Trees Preschool will get to spend their time learning outside, in good and bad weather. This is part of a growing trend toward nature-based early learning.

It is hoped that it helps in combatting childhood obesity.
